The app makers obviously haven't tried using their own app! The message I get every time I try using this app is "Network is busy. Try again later". Meaning: You cannot use your equipment so go do something else and don't bother us. So it is advisable to purchase other equipment that does not use YOOSEE! to connect to the internet.
i purchased an ip web cam, installed yoosee on phone, updated firmware on ip web cam, setup yoosee to not record video when motion was detected, setup yoosee to record video and send email to email address with a snapped picture when a door sensor (from security system) is triggered. HOWEVER it (still) records video when motion is detected and sends email to email address with a snapped picture for no reason each ~ 2 to 10 minutes. i contacted yoosee and was told it is a bug. i asked when the bug will be resolved and was told it is unknown. i asked yoosee which prior software version does not have this bug and am awaiting response.
After upgrading my 5 cameras to the latest firmware through this application, the image quality of all the cams became very bad at night, and the fps stuck at 5fps only! I have emailed them through the app many times but to no avail! Nobody responds to any support enquiry! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Also, after the firmware upgrade, now the cameras PTZ controls in other apps like blueiris became upside down! Clicking left-right arrows move the cameras up-down! The same for the up-down arrows, the cams move left-right! They were working properly before the firmware upgrade!
App doesn't keep you signed or sign you in automatically on boot so app is pointless doesn't notify of someone ringing bell. Tried it on all my tablets and phones same happens on all of them.mailed developer but they seam to think there is no issue. Don't buy unless they fix the app.regards, mark
This app does an excellent job for me to monitor my cottage while I'm away and warns me when it detects motion. The alarm also goes off at the cottage if motion is detected and hopefully would scare an intruder away.
Used to work OK. Latest update has removed the task bar icon, and it's always closing in the background. EDIT: now I get wrong password everytime I open app. Zero support
